Check out my lates #glutenfree breakfast creation: Caramel Banana Waffles! I started with Dilettoso Va Va Vanilla Pancake and Waffle Mix. It's gluten-free, vegan, kosher, certified organic, and has no added sugar, so it's perfect for people with dietary needs. I don't have an issue with sugar, so I added a bit of caramel to the batter before cooking up the yummy waffles in my @bydash waffle maker. As I was waiting, I thinned some cream cheese frosting with milk and added a touch of caramel extract. I spread a liberal layer between two hot waffles, alongvwith sliced banana, and topped off my stack with more banana, whipped cream, and a drizzle of caramel syrup. It was a sweet breakfast lover's dream! . . . . Do you love sweet or savory breakfasts?

Spinach Artichoke Bites are SUPER EASY, perfect for Thanksgiving appetizers! These little poofs of yum use premade ingredients to reduce your time in the kitchen without sacrificing deliciousness. They turn out flaky every time, with a pocket of succulent spinach artichoke deliciousness inside that hits perfectly! To make the filling, sautee 1/3 c. chopped onion and 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach in aboutva tablespoons of evoo until the onion is soft. Combine spinach mixture with 1/4 c. Artichoke Pate. I used @eatgusta (on Amazon) and was super happy with the quality and consistency. Sprinkle in about 1/2 c. of your favorite shredded cheese and mix well. Unroll a tube of crescent rolls and break them into 4 rectangles. Press out the seam, then cut each rectangle in half to create 2 squares. Cut each square into 2 triangles. Drop a dollop of filling into the center of each triangle . Fold each side over the filling, angling downward. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, then bake in a preheated 375F oven for 10-13 minutes, until dough is golden brown. Cool 1-2 minutes on baking tray before removing. I noticed that Gusta also has a black olive pate and a sundried tomato pate on Amazon. Every family has that ONE dish that they can't get enough of. When fall hits, it's time for ours. My almost-famous Autumn's Bounty Wild Rice is full of delicious fall flavors: rich, @jimmydean sage sausage contrasts with the sweetness of fresh apples and tart cranberries, tossed with a hearty blend of wild rice. I originally created this dish as a side, but honestly, sometimes we like it all on its own. If we're having it as a main dish, I double the recipe because we eat a LOT of it. I also like to use it as a stuffing for veggies like green peppers or squash, or to make yummy stuffed pork chops. I've even had it at breakfast with a fried egg on top. Talk about versatility!
