In reply to Lori. I'm glad he enjoyed it! And what a great catch with the peas--I can't believe I missed that! I use a 10 oz bag of frozen peas (I like the steam-in-the-bag type). You can use more or less depending upon preference. Thank you for pointing that out!

This was quick to make and hubster loved it. I ended up halving it as only he ate it. Need to know how much peas to use please.
