The key to keto in this dip is in the sauce. Opt for a keto-friendly, sugar free sauce and serve with veggies for a taste so delicious, you won’t believe it’s keto. Or, make it the traditional way with any type of Buffalo sauce and serve it up with tortilla chips.

I am a HUGE fan of wings! One of my favorite places to get them is Buffalo Wild Wings, but we haven’t been able to get there much lately. Yet every time I start thinking about those tangy sauces covering those meaty little wings, I can’t get the thought of them out of my head.
I don’t own a fryer, so making wings the way B-Dubs is out of the question. So I started playing with the same type of flavors and ohhhhhhh my! I could NOT get enough of this stuff!
You are more than welcome to roast and shred your very own roast chicken for this recipe, but sometimes you need quick and easy. I did! I got a grocery store rotisserie chicken and the breast meat alone was more than enough for this dip. Of course, I saved the carcass to make chicken stock for my homemade chicken soup with dumplings!
I’m watching my carbs and sugar intake because I’ve adopted a ketogenic diet. Because of that, I was cautious about sauce, because most have added sugar. I managed to find a sugar free sauce at my local grocery store called Best Chef Buffalo Style Wing Sauce. It gave me just the kick I was looking for in this dip, and my non-keto family loved it just as much as I did!
If you are following a ketogenic diet, be sure to serve this dip with veggies. I used peppers, celery, and cucumbers and loved it! Especially the celery. My non-keto counterparts nommed up their dip with tortilla chips and bagel chips. But no matter what you use to get this buffalo chicken dip to your mouth, you’ll love it!
